The warranty period for components starts from the manufacturing date.

We use only top-tier panels, inverters, optimizers, and other components, which lets us offer extended warranties beyond the industry standard.
Lower-cost competing inverters tend to become failure-prone after 7–8 years; thanks to SolarEdge inverters we can offer up to a 20-year warranty.
Each panel is equipped with SolarEdge power optimizers to extract the maximum energy — these carry up to a 25-year warranty.
For PV panels we guarantee the output will not drop below 83.1% of the nominal value for at least 25 years.
Expected panel lifetime in our solutions is 30–40 years.

Order Process

Step 1.

Contract signing & invoicing
  • Place the order and sign a work contract
  • Issue a pro forma (deposit) invoice per the contract, due in 14 days

Step 2.

Grid-connection application
  • Customer pays the deposit invoice
  • After payment, we submit the application to connect a small source
    (the distribution system operator responds within 14 days of submission)

Step 3.

Site survey
  • After the application is approved, we perform a site survey

Step 4.

Installation
  • Consent from the building authority (required for installation)
  • Valid connection agreement for the small source (required for installation)
  • Once both documents are provided, we proceed with installation (typically within 60 days)

Step 5.

Handover & final invoice

  • After installation, based on the signed handover protocol, the final invoice is issued

Step 6.

Source connection

  • The distribution operator replaces or re-configures the meter and connects the system to the grid once technical conditions are met, usually within 6–8 weeks

Step 7.

Obligations

  • We send the customer a summary of post-commissioning obligations
