CEO, Founder

Samo Zálešák

He founded Zenergy as a university project during his studies abroad. After completing his studies, he returned to Slovakia. He has been professionally involved in the design of photovoltaic systems since 2016.

Samo studied Energy Systems Engineering in Switzerland, followed by Solar Cell Technologies at the University of Sheffield in the UK. While building Zenergy, Samo was a partner at the investment Venture Capital fund ZAKA VC, where he continues to work as an advisor for green technologies. His experience with startup investments gave him a “masterclass” in scaling a small company.

COO

Michal Sedlák

Michal has an engineer degree in international business and has joined the company in April 2025. He currently serves as COO.

Michal started his career in banking and international studies, but quickly found his passion for photovoltaics and solar energy. He joined the company in April 2025 and currently serves as COO.

Projects Manager

Jozef Lupták

He works as a Project Manager, responsible for managing projects from the preparation phase through to final handover to the client.

Jozef worked in the construction industry as an investor’s representative and was involved in the implementation of development projects from their initial stages through to completion. He currently serves as a Project Manager, responsible for managing projects from the preparation phase to the final handover to the client.

Daniel Báchor

Daniel Bachor serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Telus Holding, the parent company of Zenergy. As a board member and advisor, he regularly provides his management expertise.
