How much energy does one carport generate?
One Carport = 2 Parking Spaces
One Carport is equipped with 15 photovoltaic panels with a total installed capacity of 6.6 kWp.
With a south-facing orientation, it can generate up to 7.5 MWh of electricity per year.
At an electricity price of €200/MWh, the annual electricity production is worth approximately €1,500.
Scalability Concept:
Our Carport is designed using a modular concept.
Each module covers 2 parking spaces, with a parking space width of 2.689 m. The supporting structure is manufactured from standardized components that can be seamlessly extended.
A single continuous Carport can accommodate up to 20 parking spaces. The more parking spaces are covered in one continuous structure, the lower the cost per parking space.
Each module, consisting of 15 photovoltaic panels, is connected in series to form a single string. Based on the total number of modules in the project, the required number of strings and inverters is determined.
